In recent years, the listing of LNG futures in China has been put on the agenda. On November 8th in 2021, Wang Fenghai, general manager of SHFE, revealed at the 10th China International Petroleum Trade Conference that LNG futures had been officially approved by the CSRC in August of that year and were speeding up the listing work.
